Hey everybody, my name is Cody Wood. I'm 5'10 or 5'11 and around 151 pounds. I don't want to get absolutely huge but I'd like to get a little bigger and tone alot. I know next to nothing about counting calories and that sort of thing. I generally know good foods from bad food. If you asked me how many calories I should eat a day I could probably tell you, but if you asked me how many I actually do eat I would shrug my shoulders and make that "ehhh, I dunno" face.
I started working out a couple of months ago and have really just been experimenting. I don't have a great workout plan because I forumulated it on my own, so I'm open to any suggestions.
I'll be uploading a picture or two soon, I just have to commandeer a digital camera.
