When the rate of you metabolism just burns up all the carbs, what is the best way to gain weight aside from eating?
btw, I've been on a body building program the last 2 months now.. Maybe that might come in handy..
Any other effective tips?

what exactly is your question?
You are having trouble gaining mass?
Less cardio, heavy lifting, a little more protein, carbs good fats.

rmontague, when I 1st started trying to add mass, I would always fail. Recently I found a program that has worked and the thing I noticed most was that before I was overtraining. The 1st couple of weeks on the program felt I should do more, but I stuck with it and I am glad I did!!

Eat peanut butter....go for 4-6 table spoonfulls a day...wash it down with some milk. That should help you gain some weight.
