hey. im 17 and weigh about 130 lbs. Im pretty muscular for my weight but I feel that im not strong enough so i plan to gain some mass. is it bad to eat a whole lot of food, and get more fat, then later turn it into muscle?
it is better to put on 'clean' size and not have to diet down than to eat junk and get fat - you will probably gain the same amount of muscle eating clean and increasing your calories a little and it will be better for your health.
