Okay so I decided to do some squats the other day, I think I did 50 but spaced out. The next day I woke up with immense pain in my legs. I still have it 3 days on. I can't walk down the stairs without putting my weight on the railing or go up the stairs and I feel really wobbly on my knees. Every so often I'll fall over or come close to collapsing.
Any ideas whats wrong? Is it serious?

Yes this is normal after such a workout. Have you ever done them before? This is called DOMS or-Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.....usualy goes away in a few days. Take hot baths, massages Ice it and or take advil.
-------------- Curl Jockeys, get outta the squat rack!
I wish everyone would get a partial amnesia and never use 'tone' ever again. (thanks Menance)

Happens to the best of us. Happened to me when I ran the half-marathon in Paris. It, too, will pass.

Yup Normal..First time I tried, from asimmers suggestion, "shawn squats" oh GOD! I could not walk right for 4-5 days....much better now. Sounds like you went a bit overboard is all.
-------------- My Catahoula did it.
I saw a book titled "Sex for Dummies" and wondered why
anyone would teach dumb people how to reproduce?
