For weeks now, Ive been consuming 2 protein shakes a day, and quite frankly, Im getting sick of them. I throw in a protein bar in place of the shake here and there, and I find they give me more satisfaction. Ive been eating Myoplex bars, 8g fat, 2g sugar, 24g carbs aand 28g protein. Are these okay to eat once a day, pre-workout?? If not, can you give me some protein bars that would be good??
