Hi, I am new to this forum but not so new to fitness etc.
Last year this time, I used to weigh 12.5 stone when I first started weight training and cardio. I lost a stone and a half and moved to 11 stone.
I am now back up to 14 stone (about 200 pounds), looking to lose the stomach, love handles and gain muscle mass.
I am currently working the following regime:
MON: CHEST + BICEPS + ABS
TUE: CARDIO
WED: BACK + TRICEPS
THUR:CARDIO
FRI: SHOULDERS + LEGS
SAT: CARDIO
I lift 30KG (inc the bar) on when working the chest.
Biceps and shoulders I lift 10KG
I eat 5 to 6 times a day with three litres of water a day. I mainly eat food high in proteins but only eat enough to keep going for three hours or my next food fix.
Is this above all ok... or do I need to change anything?
hey i got no idea where ur from or what a stone is but i would do chest and triceps and bak and biceps because its bad to push and pull in the same day for example chest you push and biceps you pull and that contracts and could afect the muscle in a bad way or so ive been told so when i do chest i do triceps since you work them out anyways with chest and biceps with bak for the same reason
