hi just thot i should drop a few lines... never had much success keeping trim since being a mom, quite hard getting sitters 4 d the gym etc
anyway ive got a great workout from this site that i can do at home and ive bought a stepper....i need to lose about 25lb....already got loads of good tips from ere:big_smile:.....emma x

Welcome to Free Trainers, The best supportive site on the web. I also am in a weight loss prograam and I gotta tell the diet is the hardest part of the battle. Good luck to you and keep up the good work you can Do It.:)

i know what you mean about the diet...all those hidden calories you dont notice:angry:
really impressed by what you guys have achieved tho and its really spurring me on..early days yet but can honestly say i feel soo much betta already, much more energy and not as bloated:big_smile:
