Talking with someone about fitness who is right into it and told me what he has seen people do to help break bad habbits.
Many people have a candy dish. some with chocolate, etc etc in it. Well he has seen, (think he does too) people who buy a box of "quality" protein bars, take a bar or two, break it up into pieces and toss it into the dish. So if you have a craving your really only eating your protein bar, instead of crappo chocolate!
