I'm doing really well at working out daily and eating ok but I drink alot of alcohol, usually right before I go to bed. Is it hindering all my good work or can i make up by tallying the alcohol calories into my daily consumption.

A drink here or there isn't going to slow you down, but drinknig quantities every day most certainly will!!

Just remember that calories from alcohol are empty calories and therefore if you're counting them, then your overall nutrition for that day will be down. That doesn't mean you shouldn't count it, but it does mean you need to be aware of your intake. Make sure your diet is extremely healthy and that your eating enough and at regular intervals. Work on cutting back on your evening drinking, it certainly won't help your progress.

why are you drinking right before you go to bed?

Alcohol is a diuretic and can stimulate the release of cortisol. Diuretics can dehydrate you - not what your body needs. How do you expect to recuperate after training when you don't have enough water in your body to move the nutrients around? Cortisol can and will reduce the effects of exercise and dieting. In other words, you can bust your butt in the gym, but it won't do much good if you're drinking.
My advice: Switch to cottage cheese before bed.
