Just started off working out again and my arch nemesis is back...breakfast. For some odd reason, I always tend to lack the breakfast variety. I am trying to find some healthy choices to have and not get used to the same things over again.
I would definitely appreciate the input on this matter as I would very much like to have different breakfast's on a per day basis. Any input on this would be great.

If you look at the thumbtacked recipes, at the beginning of this forum, you'll find one for breakfasts. Lot's of great ideas there. Some breakfasts I enjoy include: various types of omeletes (made with 1 omega egg + egg whites, cottage cheese + fruit and nuts, protien shakes with frozen berries, protien pumpkin pancakes.
