Hi, I want to lose my beer gut

Hi there,
I want to start training again, after a 3 year lay-off. I'm planning on training 5 days a week. Weights in the morning and cardio, 3 times a week, in the evening. I've never tried this, is it excessive, or will I show big, quick gains, and lose my fat at the same time.

I'm eager to start!:angry:

Rapid weight loss usually results in gain ing all back as soon as you stop the diet. Your workout should be okay so long as you mix the workout.

And as always, in order to lose the beer gut, you have to lose the beer!:laugh:
