How can i add my own food to the database thang...cause not all of the food i eat is there..

You have to go the "Your Nutritional Tracker" section of the Nutrition tab. Although I'm not sure, you may have to a pro member to do that.

Does it cost to be a pro member? and if it does, how much?

Less than $50/year if you pay for one year at a time (it may get cheaper if you pay for more, can't remember).

i tried fit day. its best for the food. and all and goals..but not the exersises..it doesnt have many i can do. so ill use that for food i guess i this for exersise. thanks! :big_smile:
