Well im busy practicly all day and was thinking of starting to maybe drink 2x protien shakes (muslce milk?) a day to add some extra calories and protien to my diet
was thinking ether CytoSport? Cyto Gainer or the muscle milk
any one have opinions on ether or maybe a different drink?

I guess I should add that I am trying to gain weight and build more muscle, i currently only weigh 130 and im 5'8 and I don't eat very much during the day so was thinking of drinking a few protien shakes to help

If you want to gain bad enough you'll make the time to eat. Nothing is going to be more effecient to add muscle than food!!!
Take a PB sandwhich, a can of tuna, sardines, nuts, etc.....

LOL!!!!! DONT HAVE TIME TO EAT! Look I used to think i didnt have time to eat at my old job i made time...I am a prison guard for a Maximum security confinement...I work 8 hours straight no breaks no time no nothing I still make time to eat....NO EXCUSES
