Ok hi, i'm a newbie too and I just joined this site. I got question. On my exercise chart for every excerise it says do 4sets. nwo for these 4 sets do I have to change the weight or does the weight remain constant. all helps will be greatly appreciated
I think they want you to keep the same weight for all of the sets. Everything that I've seen has said that, so they more than likely want you to keep it the same. Hope that helps!

7707mutt is right. You start lower and work your way up. That's why you'll see that the number of repetitions goes down with each set. It is assuming that weight has been added.
