Hey everyone... I'm looking for an exercise thats going to get me awesome definition on my stomach but also have it flat. Don't mention sit ups, hate them... I'm looking for an alternative. Also, how many reps and sets do I need to do? Thanks for all your help. It's greatly appreciated.:)

Sweetie any type of ab training you do is going to require sits ups in one form or another, so first, I would say, lose the thought process on hating sit ups and just do it!
Diet and cardio play an avid role in acquiring nice abs as well. Let us know when you are ready to learn. :)

do a search below on the "FitBuddy" and type in 'HIIT'. This is a High Intensity Interval Training and it can be done in any combination with the use of treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, rowing machines, etc. Plus I would mix up your cardio session, not doing the same machine all of the time. Good luck!

I seriously recommend sprint kayaking, when you get into it the technique is a lot of core, so you get great abs, back (lower and upper), and great arms and shoulders. You can look up the canoe kayak clubs in your area, and they will be so glad to have someone new to come down and train.
