You are doing a lot, you will need to make sure you are getting enough calories to fuel all that activity.

Your weight training sessions are kind of long, anything over an hour is kind of working against you.

What are your goals with this routine?

No offense but a 5'10 160 lb man would be too thin! How about some lean gains?

I personally think that is a lot, but I think it can be done if you are conditioned for it.

Yes, I would consider kickboxing as cardio for the day.

A male weighing 160 at 5'10 for an active individual is kind of light. I think that you are going to loose a lot of muscle trying to drop that much weight. I would consider more short term goals. For example, aim for 180 and see how you feel.

Personally I hate losing weight. My performance sucks in a calorie deficit and I have a hard time recovering. Since you are trying to loss quite a lot of weight, I would attack your goal slight different. Break it up into cycles.

Cycle 1
6-8 weeks - aim to loose weight.

Cycle 2
6-8 weeks - Give yourself a break eat to maintain and work on getting stronger.

Repeat as desired.

From my own experience, I find that my body needs anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 months to happily stay at a new weight regardless of whether or not it is more or less than what I was perviouly. In the intern, it fights to get back where it was. I think that by breaking it up like I suggested it might be easier to maintain in the long run. I also think that it will be much less damaging on your metabolism because in a calorie deficit it slows down. You don't want to make it too used to being slow. In fact, you should try to gear your weight loss training towards boosting your metabolism.

What are currently doing for weight training?

In my opinion complexes are superior for weight loss and metabolic stimulation. The kickboxing is definitely a plus.

Please remember that I am not a professional and these are just my suggestion based on what I have experienced in the past.

This is what I'm doing for weight training:dumbbell:

I do this in circuits 3 times with 30 seconds rest in between, I finish one and start again after 1 min rest:

Squat 12reps 105lbs
Bench Press 10reps 90lbs
Pulldown 10reps 90lbs
Military Press 10reps 55lbs
Upright Row 10reps 50lbs
Triceps Pushdown 12reps 95lbs
Leg Extesion 12reps 65lbs
Biceps Curl 10reps 30lbs dumbbells :dumbbell:
Leg Curl 12reps 65lbs

Three times a week + on the third day I add:

Traveling Lunges 12 each leg with dumbbells :dumbbell:
Step-Up 12 each leg

It also has abs, but I do abs with the Power90 video.
I got this from the book I'm reading, Abs Diet Workout by David Zinczenko.

The easyest to give up would be doing the Power90 weight workout and the keep this one.

I will try to get to 180lbs, and see how I feel and look. I been 160 before, but then I got into a relationship and the weight went up..... Too much time on the phone and very little at the GYM.

I think you are right in thinking about giving up the power 90 workout - stick with the abs diet and workout and your kickboxing - you should get leaner.
