Hi
Quick questions I am on fat loss program and need to know whether I need to take Protein AND Carbs AFTER my training?
If so, what would the ratio be (PROTEIN TO CARBS)?
I weigh 200lbs and my I lift and cardio on alternate days.
I want to retain my muscle mass.
Also, do I do cardio BEFORE or AFTER weights?

Let me say this and then you can make your own decision on cardio.
The more lean muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism. So, for me, building muscle was paramount. But, if your body fat percentage is realtively high then you might want to readjust those goals until you get it lower, but totally up to you!

I am trying to build lean muscle as I burn the fat - if that is possible?
How about the other question about having CARBS after training?
any ideas?
