Hi Im new and 40+, female, 5'5''. I am coming down from a high weight of 232...I started last week and Im at 225. I dont want the loose skin so I want to begin exercising as soon as possible... My real problematic weight gain was fast. Real fast. I gained 40 lbs in some months. The first 40 came on over a decade and the last 40 in less than a year. I am determined. Imagine me, continuing to eat and drink and gain at that rate. So here I am breaking the cycle so I am here.
