I'm 17. I found this site a few days ago and thought I'd get started. I'm 5' 10" and I weigh 178. I want to lose 10 or 15 pounds. I'm using the exercise routines that the site has given me, just wondering if I'm eating right. What I've been doing and plan on doing is:
- Have an instant breakfast when I wake up, take a One-A-Day vitamin.
- Head to gym, run.
- Lift, do listed routine.
- After I workout, drink a whey protein shake.
I'm a big pop drinker and I've been trying to stay away from it. I've been drinking only water and gatorade. I'm trying to eat better also, six inch subs from Subway and more salad/fruit. Is there anything you guys would like to add? Thanks.
