I have a problem with food...

Okay after reading some posts about dieting and what good foods i should eat to come with a workout... I felt a little discouraged because we can't afford those ingredients... Can anyone of you help me? I live in the Philippines so most of the food i eat are Filipino recipes...

In our house, the foods we buy are the following...

1. Tuna - in vegetable oil, in water, and the ones with less fat...
2. Sardines
3. Bread - wheat bread, sugar-free bread, high-fiber bread... (each week varies with the three)
4. Fruits - apples and bananas (each week); mangoes, green mangoes, papaya, and pineapple (sometimes)
5. 'Giniling' (has carrots, potatoes)
6. Beef steak (has onions)
7. 'Sinigang' (fish, beef, pork) Sweet potato, onions, tomatoes, white radish, kangkong
8. 'Sinangag'

Those are the foods we normally eat... From 5 - 8 only one of them each day...

Can you help me?

And also...

I usually drink 'One White Tea' or 'Green Tea (C2) or the usual one' and Del Monte Fiber-Enriched Drink...

Oops! I almost forgot... Sometimes I eat a sandwich that has cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, mayonnaise, and cheese...
