From the man who may single-handedly be most responsible for the obesity epidemic... some great inspiration for your work out and your life!
"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with great talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence, determination alone are omnipotent."
-Ray Kroc, founder of McDonald's restaurants
Would you like fries with that?

Well - he was very successful...
And his goal wasn't to supersize Americans - his original goal was to provide a decent, affordable meal - fast.

True Amy. it"s the Americans and I know I'm one lol that decided we needed MORE, BIGGER and CONSTANT.
We decided to show lack of discipline.
What Ray Kroc is was fallow the American dream and with great success.
By the way I don't like McDonald's lol.

And the obesity epidemic began when we began refining flour and moving less in our daily lives...
Not arguing, just a note :)
I got turned off of McDonalds when I found out there are more carcinogens/chemicals in McDonalds french fries than in cigarettes..ewwww.
Talk about fake food !

That's gross Amy. We went to the local museum this weekend (yes, I know, I'm a nerd) and they had the 1930's and 40's house dresses that the women wore. They were tiny little things, like size -8! Grandma reminded me that most of the women were that size back then. But, think of the lifestyle difference! Not only the way they ate, but the women hand washed the clothes on the washboards (talk about a workout!), did a ton of manual labor, etc. I think that it's incredibly sad how lazy we have become as a whole and how everyone uses the "I'm too busy to be healthy" excuse.
That's all it is! A bunch of excuses and laziness!!! Don't get me started. ha ha. But, I still love the Big Mac's, even though my arteries harden at the sight of them! But, yummmmm!!!!
