HI! I've been reading some stuff on this site and you guys are real well informed. Much info here to digest! A brief intro on me: I just turned 30 and want to get fit for good. Always been chunky and started a month and a half ago working out and monitoring my diet more. I've gone from 218 to 209 and my goal is 160 for now.
I do cardio about 4-5xweek and started with the HIIT and exercising on an empty stomache. I was exercising at night before and see now I was at a steady state so no wonder I didn't lose weight until I watched my diet more.
I like working out now but also love eating!!!
I need severe help with my nutrition. I'm a bit lazy and hate anything complicated so if you have any simple suggestions someone like me can benefit from please share!!!
