It's said to be the most healthy by some but then others like me say no way in hell it is will allot of the meals deep fried or covered in sugar sauce!
Now with that said I know if you like me your going to have Chinese anyway so lets here your Gilt Free Meals not your favorites we know they are bad but your Guilt Free Meals.
I will say for me Beef and Broccoli is #1 then it would got to Egg Fu Yung, Mushu Chicken or Shrimp and good ole Chop Sui.
Hey don't correct my Chinese food spelling just laugh with me lol!

Rice noodles with beef anf green peppers, and of course, the very healthy General Tao Chicken.

If you make it yourself it can be very healthy, Chinese food gets unhealthy usually when it has been Americanized - sweetened and despiced...
There is a place in my area where you can just order steamed broccoli, chicken breast and rice, sauce on the side...but then you might as well cook it at home.. I like Vietnamese food :) Their grilled chicken over rice noodles with fish sauce is the bomb, MMMMMMM. Actually, anything with fish sauce.....
