Water vs Milk.

I am now drinking about 3 l of water a day,and 1 cup of milk.I want to bulk up,so is it better to drink more water or milk?How much water and milk do you drink a day?Thanks

I drink well over a gallon (~4 L) of water every day. I also go through about 3 gallons of skim milk per week, and some 100% orange or grapefruit juice. Water is the most important, but feel free to drink milk whenever you want. Just stay hydrated...

Thanks mate,i will give it a try.Should i stay away from full fat milk?

Even on my bulking phases I avoid whole milk. I drink skim and ocassionally 1%. I get my fats from other sources in my diet.
