Hi everyone as you've probably guessed im new here just started my fitness programme and it says i need an input weight for push ups? do i just leave it blank?
Anyhelp would be appreciated, hopefully get to know a few people on here for motivation!
Put in a '0.' If you put in your body weight, it'll be different every time as your weight fluctuates up and down. If you do eventually add some weight to the pushups, input that.
