I have been reading alot about apple cider vinegar and alot of people say it works. It is supposed to help with alot of things. Weight loss is the main issue. Has anyone else used it and does it work? I just bought some today and i'm going to start using it tomorrow. Oh and sorry if i posted this in the wrong section, i'm new. Thanks

I use it as a salad dressing; in conjunction with a clean and whole diet, it does indeed "aid" in fat burning/regulation.
