I'm new here. I recently went to the Dr. and she informed me that I am 82 pounds over weight. So starting last week I started a diet, and set up an account here. today was my first workout through FT, and it went ok. Any tips you guys can give me to help me lose the weight? it honestly isn't a vanity issue, diabetes and heart disease run rampant in my family.
