Ok....speak slow....so I can catch it....

here's my question: On your logs here, it lists the exercise, then (blank) for the reps....and then the weights...

how does this get filled out, specifically, I've never seen a log that has a list ...are the numbers printed the reps that are supposed to be done. I've done logs with ___reps at ___ wgt....

Alrighty, lemme see if I understand... let's say, for instance, you are asked to do a Deadlift it should look something like this:

Deadlift 15 __ __

There is four lines showing numbers and blanks, these each represent a set. The "15" is under "# Reps" and that's how many repetitions you do in each set.

The second number is below the word "actual." That is how many reps you actually do. The second number is under "weight." That is how much weight you used on each set.

Make sense?

I see the words you are typing, but all I read is *click*click*click*
