HI All. New to the site. My question is. I've lost 67lbs within a 8 onth period. I do 30-45 minutes of cardio 6x a week with weight training 3x a week. I have hit a plateau. Now what do I do because I'm becoming discouraged

What is your diet like?

When is the last time you had a week off?

Maybe it is time to move to a 4-5 time a week training routine. Lift heavier.

Do you do the same type of cardio all the time? Same intensity level? switch up the type of cardio, the time, the intensity.

Give yourself credit for coming as far as you have! And keep pushing - you have come too far to give up!
