Recently invested in both Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) and L-Arginine Ethyl Ester (AEE) and I have a few questions regarding dosages, after some literature and comments I have read.
The recommended dosages are 3g for ALCAR and 6g for AEE daily, split up during the day into three doses.
But I have read numerous articles that mention doses anywhere upto 30g for effect; so what are the best dosages (yes it does differ from person to person, but I ask generally).
So basically, when is best to supplement these...PWO? Pre-workout? Morning/Evening? Split during day equally? And how much?
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

I can say form my experience and learned here for BB1fit about CEE is just to take it in water pre workout and then to add it to you PWO Shake!
No loading needed no insulin spike needed with CEE.
But they say not to have Coffee or Tea around the same time frame of the dosage!
Right now after 2 cycles I only use CEE on leg days and it does me wounds in the recovery and for my lifts!

Yeah I have my CEE sorted but what about AEE and ALCAR?
