Hi,

I read that fiber is one of the best things men can add to there diet to loose weight and stay healthy.. One of the side effects is gas and bloating..I was wondering how long that lasts..

LOL!!!! Well the artical I read said if you increase your fiber intake slowly you will be OK.. I guess I didn't do it slow enough..lol..
