so i decided to take control of my life and start by walking 30mins a day // 3 times a wk PLUS my workout plan.
so i went outside .. it was sooo nice... and i began to walk and did little runs inbetween ... OMGOSH my body is killing me.. i feel like i pulled my bodied in so many places ..
. i was wearing running shoes
. streched before my work out
. had water with me to drink
what did i do wrong??? can someone give me a good cardio plan please?? Like when to run inbewteen my power walks...
most likly all it is is muscle soreness. OR DOMS as it is known (Delayed Onset Muslcle Soreness). Take advil if you can and take a hot bath....and sleep. Also quit trying to do so much at once! LOL it is good to see you make the change but ease into this a bit slower
