I would just like to thank all the helpful people and FT MODS. This site is so supportive to everyone. I have yet to find any site like this one where you can get this much information from people who really seem to care. I have gained so much knowledge that has made all the diffrence in my healthy life journey. I was just really compelled to voice my thanks to all of you who give your time helping us newbies and others. Again THANK YOU!!!
