Hello, I am new to this site and I am looking to loose a little weight and put on a little more muscle. I am a firefighter and have been for 3 years. Unfortunately, not having a good plan to stay in shape has resulted in me gaining weight to the point where my BMI is considered too high for the job. Hopefully this will work out as I still have 6 months to get it under control. I hope to here from anyone who has suggestions.
