any good in it? and baked lays? how about those...i was always curious...

Baked lays are processded food. But if you must, they are prettly low in fat. The subway low fat subs like the club and grilled chicken are high in protien low in fat, I am a big fan. High in the carbs though, so I eat them earlier in the day.One of my favourites.

Same here. The new Chicken International Subs are really good. But high in carbs as carivan mentioned. A foot-long pushes close to 100g carbs. I usually eat mine early in halves. I eat 6 inches at around 11 and the other half at 12:30 or 1.
