Doing the math, it will me about $100 a month for ONE supplement.
For example: I recently bought MuscleTech NitroTech product. The label reads take 1-2 scoops to water or milk. take 2 servings 3x a day. Does this mean drink 2 full cups of this drink 3x a day?
Okay so thats total 6 servings a day. the 2-lbs container saids 32 scoops. So doing the math this $30 product lasts me a mere 4-5days!??
Am I blind or this is correct ?
And I heard (im still a beginner) that you need CREATINE and PROTEIN and other supplements.
AND IS THIS A RIP OFF????

OKay my bad. $180 a month. (30 days in month divide by 5 = 6 containers. 6 times $30 (sale price) = $180.)
Even with promos and disc. and BOGO free (GNC) and buying biggest container comes out to be $120+ a month for one.
IS THIS HOW MUCH YOU GUYS ARE SPENDING?? WOW!

for about 50 to 60 bucks a month you can have great quality Protein sent to your door step and that's after shipping and taxes at 5 to 6 pounds per month.
Creatine you can get at your door step for around 20 bucks after taxes and shipping and this should last you about 3 months or more.
Fish oil at 13 bucks at Walmart for 300 enteric coated caps!
Vitiman C dirt cheap, 2 months of Sublingual B Complex 6 bucks and the Multi's around 13 bucks for 3 months.
I use too smoke, drink and drug all at 1 time and the above is much much much more cheaper let alone healthier so I look for quality at best prices and then go for it!

I get a 6lb bag of EAS whey at Sam's club for less than $25. That's where I also buy my Omega-3 caps. I take Animal Pak (multi) and I get that for less than $17 for a can of 44 paks. I take creatine and EAAs as well. I'm spending somewhere around $30 a month on average for supplements.
You can find cheaper supplements if you look. Yeah, GNC is convenient but they drain your wallet. Save your money for what you really need: MORE FOOD!!!

Yeah, I tend to avoid GNC at all costs...due to, well, the cost =). Searching online (at reputable businesses of course) as well as trying Sam's Club or Costco (if you have them in your area) are the best bet.

I've been spending about $75 - $100 a month on suppliments. But like MVP said...its much cheaper than drinking and smoking. It was nothing for me to drop $80 at a bar for 1 night.

That sounds like the same one I get at Costco. I buy it because it is a great deal, but wasn't sure of the quality. They used to carry a different brand, same size and same price but it seemed to be a better blend. But I'm poor so I'll probably keep using this stuff.
