The subject speaks for itself, what should and shouldn't be in a diet. I do abot 2/3 hours of cardio a week, but the results are not the way i want them to be. So please can somebody help with a diet that i can spread out on about 4-6 small meals a day. And then specially the types of food i can or can't eat, cause i don't now a lot about what is in the types of food. I hope to get some answers here, so i can start losing weight and look good in the summer!
