i am trying to gain more weight. how do i do it without gaining in weight in the stomach. i used to have a six pack but now i have a like a four. the last 2 pack like went away. and it seems like i have a pot belly.
i am a pretty skinny kid, so it looks weird having a belly. it seems that the more i eat i only gain weight in my stomach, not like my arms or chest or anything.
eating is one thing, but you want to gain muscle right? well you have to be eating the right things and be working ALL your muscles to get results. I some what have the same problem with my stomach area only the top half of my stomach is toning up but the lower part is taking longer for it to. Umm best advise I can give you is work that lower aera harder then the others but always always make sure you work your whole body or your going to bulk up in certain areas but in other areas you might just get something you dont want.
It is pretty impossible to gain weight but not any fat. Your body pretty much has its mind made up where it wants to store the fat and in your case it seems to be your stomach.
You have to prioritize your goals. A bigger guy with more muscle won't look as chubby than a skinny kid with a belly in my opinion.
