I'm a person who starts off on these things gung ho and then after a day I give up.
I love that FT has a specific work out schedual for me that tells me exactly what to do, but I know that eatting the right things goes hand and hand. And I DON'T eat the right things. I'm trying to avoid diet programs that cost money (IE Weight Watchers) but I'd like something that gives me a few ideas for each meal and I can pick one.
I've also noticed that when I try to input the food I ate today there's a couple things I can't do. Like soda, is that because I totally shouldn't have it?
