Hi, Im new to the site and im tryig to lose 50 lbs by next march/april.And I was wondering what would be the best type of vitamin suplement to take for weight loss??

A "clean" diet. Use the fitbuddy at the bottom to search for examples, or search for WSSC (sp?).

oh, im not looking for an magic pill or an fat burner supplement.. im just looking for a regular vitamin supplement. but i will take your advice and use the fit buddy system

Just be sure to stock a multivitamin and some fish oils.
But I'd definitely recommend reading through the WSSC thread.

I actually go pass an GNC everytime i go home from work, im gonna stop by there today.

GNC is in my opinion has higher prices than the rest of the vitamin world. Do some research and you will find what you need a lot cheaper, be it on the internet or even wal-mart for that matter.
