Just have a question. I,m a 34 yr old man, 200 lbs., and of good health. I work out a little almost every day and am semi-cut. I'm 5'10 1/2" tall. I have to lose 16 lbs before January for a toughman competition.I was 208 and began doing cardio a few weeks ago...200 now. Any and all input would be very helpful...Donnie
