Hi to all you ft users out there, I'm new here and trying to get a new workout program started up. I've been working out on my own for the past 2 years in college but it hasn't been all that effective (but I'm still glad I put the effort in), but since I basically made the workouts up myself I thought perhaps that was the culprit. So here I am hoping to find a better program to help me add a little muscle, and from what I can tell I just might find it here on ft. I look forward to using the goldmine of information you all have posted on this website.
