im about 130lbs and ive been lifting for about 2 years now but i cant seem to put on any weight or even add just a little bit more size. I was wondering if i should try a weight gainer. im not to sure how they work though. I dont wanna get fat by taking a weight gainer and at the same time i dont want to look like i cant put my arms down. can someone help me please

Normally food is the way to go. If you are not gaining weight, your diet is inadequate.

If you just can't possibly eat more food, then anything to get more calories.

That being said, making your own would be ideal. Oats, pb, fruit, protein and milk will make a nice gainer, and you know what is in it!
