i work at nights and work out in the mornings i would like to know when is best time to eat i usually eat in the day and nights but dont know if that is right way to go about loosing lbs

Hi, you eat when your schedule permits it, just try to get in 5-6 small meals throughout your day/night. You can check out the diet thread for tons of recipes to get you started. Good luck and welcome to Freetrainers.:)

I forgot to add during your awake times, try to eat those meals every 2-3 hours if possible, this boosts up your metabolism and allows you to burn fat more often.

lthonner she works at night so it would be reversed for her. If she follows the 5-6 meals per day there should really be no room for snacking since that is a portion of those meals.
