I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Aaron Jorgensen. I joined FT to give me guidance with my new gym membership. I have trained before, but am getting back in the swing of things.
My recent fitness analysis said that I have about 16.5% body fat and I am looking to get down to the 10% range. I am also looking to build endurance and stamina while exercising.
I look forward to talking to everyone on FT in the near future.
