I've been staying on 2,000 calories a day and doing about 45 minutes of cardio every day as well as weight lifting every other day, yet for the past two weeks i have only gained weight, and stayed the same waist measurement, what is wrong
You have no profile, so we know nothing about you or your goals...how can we advise you?
Maybe you have added a little inter-muscle fluid.
If your waist measurement is the same and you have gained weight, i would say you are still in the shifting phase - keep on working out and eating clean and give it 5-6 weeks.
