If I am taking creatine should I take it on the days I dont work out and shoul i be taking days off to let the muscle rebuild?

yes dont train everyday. Read creatine FAQ. Sounds like you're starting out in which case dont take creatine until you been training for a solid couple years. (where you're squatting, deadlifting, overhead pressing, bent over rowing, etc....benching....)
thanks you got any other tips that could help.I have not worked out in a long time but its coming back I need to tone up and I want to put on some mass
