Hello everyone - First off, cheers to site creators and moderators for running such a site. I'm well impressed with the information and advice offered on a free site!

So my fitness programme starts Monday 9th July, but I'm already quite excited and motivated to begin. I've spent time drawing up my healthy shopping list and meal plans.

But what kind of exercises may prove useful before I start training proper?

I've gone for the basic progressive gains routine. I'm looking for now to simply improve overall stamina and tone most if not all muscle groups.
