I just wanted to say hi to everyone, and to wish everyone else good luck in their fitness goals. I do have one question tho...My cravings are for a big, juicy, greasy cheeseburger. What can I do to satisfy that craving without compromising my fitness goals? This craving has made me more than once abandon my weight lose program and continue on to increase the size of my girth.
