I've had a little experience lifting weights (very little). However, enough not to be intimidated anymore. I like to work out at 5:00am Mon-Fri. I find it gives me energy. I've recently had some family situations come up that caused me to give myself excuses for not finding the time to work-out. I think I'm ready now. I'll get started today and go from there. I have read through many of the threads and I'm really impressed with the determination that many of you have to reach your goals.
Okay, let's go. We're waking up at 4:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. Well, that's the time I have to get up to make it to the gym by 5:00 - 5:15 a.m. I love it, too. Well, I love the feeling walking into the gym--the dragging myself out of bed isn't as much fun.
So...although we're probably in different time zones, let's do it!
